Team Leader (Milton Keynes)

As Team Leader on our SAMAS project in Milton Keynes, my role is to oversee the incredible staff and volunteer team to support individuals to make positive changes within their recovery journey.

I joined CLI in 2023 as the values they uphold align with my own and thought my previous experience within the mental health field would support the people in this organisation. I started as a volunteer coordinator and have progressed into the Team Leader role.

CLI cares about the people we support and seeing how our support changes lives daily inspires me to continue to support the team and myself to develop their skills and confidence to ensure we are delivering the best service to the people we support
