Assistant Service Manager
As an Assistant Service Manager I am responsible for our team working on our Changing Futures and Housing First projects.
I was working with children in care, who had experienced trauma. I wanted to build on this and work with adults who had experienced something similar as there didn’t seem to be many opportunities or support for them to progress in life. A friend told me about a support worker role within CLI and after looking into the company and what they did, I was eager to join.
I really like CLI’s values as they align with mine perfectly, in particular that people come first as I believe everyone should have the opportunity to achieve their best potential. The opportunities within CLI are excellent in terms of ongoing professional development along with opportunity to progress. The team is extremely helpful and always on hand for advice.
