People are our top priority. We care so everyone can be their best – be that everyone in our CLI team and all those we support.

We do challenging work. You’ll be supporting people with experience of addiction, the criminal justice system or rough sleeping and helping them create the positive change needed to move on with their lives.

I have worked in HR for 9 years and more recently have worked in sectors which aim to help people better their lives. I was drawn to working at CLI as I could clearly see the passion that everyone had for helping people, as well the strong work ethic.

I joined CLI in June 2022 and I have never felt so welcomed into a company. I felt a part of the CLI team from week one. CLI recognise the hard work, skills, knowledge and passion that each individual brings which is always great to see.

I’m proud to be working at CLI and very thankful for the opportunity to contribute to CLI’s continued success.

Mohini, CLI Head of HR
