Dr. Amy Ludlow

Amy is a fellow in law at Gonville and Caius College and an affiliated lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Cambridge. Her research interests span employment and EU law and she has particular expertise in public sector workforce management, restructuring and social procurement in the criminal justice sector.

She is widely published and has undertaken a variety of commissioned research including, for the Harris Review on self-inflicted deaths in custody. She has a particular interest on partnership education working between universities and criminal justice organisations, through an initiative that she has co-founded with our director Dr Ruth Armstrong (hyperlink), called Learning Together.
