Service Manager, GMIRS Peer Support Contract

I’m responsible for supporting my team whilst ensuring the Greater Manchester Integrated Rehabilitative Services (GMIRS) Peer Support contract runs effectively by monitoring performance and delivery and building lasting partnership relationships within the Greater Manchester area.

I have previously worked with people with complex and multiple needs who are experiencing homelessness and within social housing. CLI was highly recommended to me and when I researched CLI and found that my values aligned with theirs I was eager to work for such a compassionate company who believe that everyone should have access to support if they need it.

I love working with people who are as passionate about the mentees as I am. My team at CLI are dedicated, caring individuals who all strive for the best for everyone they are supporting.
