Bevlan Office Interiors supports CLI new office move

A leading Lancashire office interiors company that has worked with the likes of the BBC has generously donated state of the art furniture to Community Led Initiative’s new Manchester city centre office.

Bev Mercer, director of Bevlan Office Interiors, decided to support CLI’s new office move having met CLI director Pete Atherton through the Academy of Chief Executives network.

She said: “I am a great believer in getting people back on track and after finding out more about CLI’s mission, I wanted to give back.

Myself and my father Alan started with nothing 30 years ago, and have grown Bevlan into one of the North West’s leading office interiors companies. I’m lucky enough to be in a position to help and CLI’s work really chimed with me.

We came up with a few ideas and have supplied a great layout and set of furniture that we hope will create an office environment in which the CLI team can flourish.”

Pete Atherton, director of CLI, said: “We have been overwhelmed by Bev and the team’s generosity at Bevlan.

The CLI team are so excited to be moving into a new office space, which reflects a new chapter in the CLI story, and to be able to move into a city centre office that is furnished by Bevlan is amazing. Support from businesses like Bevlan, who value our work, means so much to us and allows us to put more resources directly into supporting people in need.”

The CLI team, along with GROW Trainees from the Inspiring Change Manchester project, is now based at Unit 26, Mezzanine, Express Buildings 1, 1 George Leigh Street in Manchester.
